Who are we? We
are medical students from the University of Rochester who saw an increasing need
for medical service for the uninsured population in the Rochester area, and who
also had a desire, as medical students, to help this significant patient population. | |

- free health services including referral to appropriate medical providers
- Convenience - off-peak hours (evenings) to allow
working individuals and families greater flexibility in scheduling appointments

in Monroe County, NY - 8% of adults
were without health insurance in 2000

of people in Monroe County with incomes at or below the poverty level were uninsured
